ゆでた栗ときび砂糖を火にかけて混ぜ、温かいうちに形を作ります。
冷めると形が整って、栗のようなコロンとした形が、なんともかわいい和菓子です。
材料は栗と砂糖だけですが、砂糖を変えると風味が少し変わりますので、お好きな砂糖を加えて下さい。
(材料)
栗 300g
きび砂糖 55g
(Ingredients)
300 grams chestnuts
55 grams sugar
