牛乳と卵とグラニュー糖の３つの材料があれば作れます。生クリームが入っていませんが、卵黄の比率が多めで、とても濃厚な味わいです。
120℃のオーブンで35〜40分焼きますが、私が使っているオーブンでは完全に固まらなかったので、オーブンの機種によって時間延長または温度を上げる必要がありそうです。私の場合は何度か試して、140℃で40分がちょうど良いかなと思いました。
材料（直径6.5cmプリンカップ6個分）
牛乳…300㏄
全卵…2個
卵黄…2個分
グラニュー糖…70g
[カラメルソース]
グラニュー糖…80g
水…小さじ2

You can make it with three ingredients: milk, eggs, and granulated sugar. It doesn’t contain fresh cream, but it has a lot of egg yolk and a very rich taste.
Bake in the oven at 120°C for 35-40 minutes, but it didn’t harden completely in my oven, so you may need to extend the time or raise the temperature depending on your oven model. In my case, I tried it several times and thought that 40 minutes at 140°C was just right.
Ingredients (for 6 pudding cups with a diameter of 6.5 cm)
300ml milk
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
70g Granulated sugar
[Caramel sauce]
80g Granulated sugar
Water…2 teaspoons
