• Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
• Egg — 1 large
• All-purpose flour — 140 g (1 cup + 2 tablespoons)
• Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
• Salt — a pinch
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips — 90 g (½ cup)
• Roasted hazelnuts — 80 g (½ cup)
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar until smooth.
2. Add vanilla extract and the egg, then whisk until creamy.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt; stir until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and roasted hazelnuts.
5. Scoop the dough into 8 balls using an ice cream scoop.
6. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 25 minutes until golden.
