Sago are small tapioca (or sago tree) pearls that get boiled until softened. Then different toppings are added like coconut jelly, popping boba, and fruit. I used coconut milk, lychee nectar, and condensed milk for my base, but you can use anything you want! I’ve seen versions with strawberry nesquick and other fun drinks 🙂
