GOODIE GOODIE is a non-profit, all-volunteer bakery that supports TINY SOCIAL, the exciting new program that inspires students around the world to create their own micro social enterprises and donate the profit to charity. The most amazing thing about Tiny Social is that students can do whatever project they want to do to help whoever they want to help.
There are lots of different projects schools can create but one of our favorites is running bake sales and our quick, easy, yummy recipes are perfect if you’re looking for fun ideas (see below).

WHAT YOU NEED
1 package of puff pastry
Some jam (we used raspberry)
1 egg for “egg washing”
WHAT YOU DO
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry
Cut large circles in pastry with a bowl
Cut circles into 12 pieces
Arrange pieces (with some overlap)
Dab jam along straight edge (not too much)
Roll into a cylinder
Bend points to create a flower shape
Brush with egg
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes (until golden brown)
Dust with icing sugar
