Today, we’re switching things up with a tasty twist! Instead of our usual crafting projects, we’re diving into food crafting—specifically, a beloved Filipino holiday dessert: Buko Pandan! 🥥🌿
Since you all know that I LOVE eating but can’t cook, the amazing Angel from Kusina Ni Angel is here to guide me through the process. Will it turn out just like hers? 🤔 You’ll have to watch to find out!

Buko Pandan Graham Jelly Ref Cake Recipe
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Jelly: Cook the buko pandan jelly according to package instructions. Let it cool and set.
2. Mix the Ingredients:
– In a mixing bowl, combine chilled all-purpose cream and chilled condensed milk.
– Add buko meat, buko pandan jelly (cut into cubes), and grated cheese. Mix well and set aside.
3. Assemble the Cake:
– Use a microwavable tub or container for layering.
– Start with a layer of crushed graham crackers or graham cake bar at the bottom.
– Add a layer of the buko pandan mixture.
– Continue layering: mixture, graham, mixture, graham, mixture, and so on, until all ingredients are used up.
– Finish with a layer of the buko pandan mixture.
4. Top and Chill:
– Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
– Place the assembled cake in the chiller to cool and set. This dessert cools quickly.
– Once firm, slice and enjoy your Buko Pandan Graham Jelly Ref Cake!
