I luv luv luv this recipe, this tastes so rich and decadent this doesn’t feel like I’m eating some sort of healthy food. And it’s so easy to make, can be made in less than 10 mins with easily available ingredient’s. Full Recipe below
Ingredients
Oats- 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder-3 tsp
Banana- 1
Dates-2(pitted and chopped)
Milk-1/2 cup
Maple syrup-2 tsp
Chia seeds- 2 tsp
Method
1)To a food processor, blend in oats, cocoa powder, banana, dates,milk and maple syrup.
2) Add chia seeds to the blended mixture. (Allow this to sit for 15 mins so the chia seeds bulge up.)
