INGREDIENTS:
1. Flour ( 1 cup ) Sifted
2. Sugar ( 2 tbsp. )
3. Salt ( a pinch )
4. Egg ( x4 )
5. Butter ( 50 g./ 2 oz. ) Melted
6. Whole Milk ( 500 ml.) at Room Temperature
7. Vanilla Extract ( 1/2 tsp) OPTIONAL
Use a small piece of butter for frying the crepes. Flip on other side when edges look dry. On well heated pan it takes less than a minute per side.
