✨Ingredients for the base :
* 1/2 cup (110 g) butter (softened)
* 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
* 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
* 2 cold eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 1/2 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
✨Option 3: Oreo and double Choc 🍫☁️
* 1 cup Oreo cookies in chunks (about 10 cookies)
* 2 cups (320 g) dark chocolate chips or chunks
* 1/4 cup (50 g) white chocolate chip
* 1 tsp rotebeet powder
👉Preparation:
1. Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
3. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, beetroot powder and salt).
4. Mix in chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies.
5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes to overnight—or bake it immediately 👈
6. Spoon dough onto a parchment-lined sheet, leaving room for spreading.
7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-16 minutes, until golden at the edges.
8. Cool on a rack… if you can resist.
