はちみつをたっぷりと使ったしっとりふわふわなパンを作りました♡
翌日も翌々日もふわふわが続くとっても美味しいパンですよ😊
・Strong flour: 200g
・Salt: 3g
・Sugar: 15g
・Honey: 30g
・Skim milk: 10g
・Dry yeast: 3g
・Butter: 10g
・Water: 135g [How to make] 1. Put strong flour, salt, sugar, skim milk, and dry yeast in a bowl and mix lightly
2. Add water, butter, and honey and mix well until the dough comes together
3. Knead on the counter until the surface is smooth
4. Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size
5. Press with your hands to release the gas and divide into 6 equal parts
6. Lightly roll the dough into balls and rest for 10 minutes
7. Stretch and shape the dough
8. Allow the dough to rise for 30-40 minutes
9. Sprinkle strong flour on the surface and make cuts
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 15-18 minutes

【材料】6個分
・強力粉:200g
・塩:3g
・砂糖:15g
・はちみつ:30g
・スキムミルク:10g
・ドライイースト:3g
・バター:10g
・水:135g
【作り方】
1、ボウルに強力粉、塩、砂糖、スキムミルク、ドライイーストを入れて軽く混ぜます
2、水、バター、はちみつを加え生地がまとまるまでよく混ぜます
3、生地表面が滑らかになるまで台の上で捏ねます
4、生地が2倍程度に膨らむまで一次発酵させます
5、手で押してガス抜きし、6等分します
6、軽く生地を丸め10分ベンチタイム
7、生地を伸ばして成形します
8、30〜40分程度二次発酵させます
9、表面に強力粉をかけクープを入れます
10、170℃に予熱したオーブンで15〜18分焼きます
