1+ 1/2 Overripe plantains
Dates (or date syrup) as a sweetner
8 Tablespoons of Applesauce (2 eggs)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon powder
1 Tablespoon Baking powder
1 cup Flour (can be gluten free flour mix too)
2 /2.5 cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Salt
Butter (or oil) for frying
