Steps:
1 Beat the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy,add the room-temperature egg liquid in batches, mixing well each time.
2 Add the cake flour and mix until well combined.Put the cookie dough into a piping bag and pipe it into heart shapes on a piece of baking paper.
3 Make the almond Filling: Mix sliced almonds, icing sugar, honey and melted butter well for later use.
4 Bake at 160°C (320°F) in convection mode for 10 minutes.
