How to make Mango Graham Ice Cream Bars
✅ Ingredients:
Graham Crackers
3 pieces Ripe Mangoes
2 packs (250 ml/pack) Nestle All-purpose Cream
1 can (14 oz) Condensed Milk
✅ Instructions:
Line a square pan with parchment paper, with a 1-inch overhang on the sides. Arrange the Graham crackers in a single layer to cover the bottom of the pan.
Slice the mangoes into cubes and set aside.
Using a chilled bowl, beat Nestle all-purpose cream and condensed milk with a hand mixer on low speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture doubles in size.
Add diced mangoes and gently fold, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream. Spoon the cream mixture on top of the cracker layer and spread evenly.
Arrange another layer of graham crackers over the cream, aligning the crackers with the bottom layer. Cover with plastic film and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Once chilled and hardened, lift the ice cream cake from the pan and cut into desired serving sizes. Wrap each serving individually in aluminum foil. Serve and enjoy.
