For the base –
150gm biscuits, crushed
45gm butter, melted
For filling-
150gm cream cheese
25gm icing sugar
85gm Nutella
45gm whipped cream
Nutella, to swirl
Procedure-
1. Combine the crushed biscuits and butter and press into the base of an 7inch ring. Refrigerate until you make the filling.
2. To make the filling, whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella until smooth and lump free.
3. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Transfer the cheesecake mixture over the chilled base and pipe lines of Nutella on top. Make swirls with the help of a skewer.
5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
