Recipe
Base 80g biscuits/40g melted butter
Press into 15cm tin (as a guide) (Chill for 30minutes to firm up)
In another bowl
200g cream cheese (soften)
200g Fresh cream(heat in microwave for 1minute )
60g sugar
1tbsp instant coffee mix with 3tbsp warm milk
5g gelatin powder /2tbsp warm water (bloom in microwave for 5 to 10 seconds)
Pour into Biscuit base tin
chill for 1hour
Top layer
2tsp instant coffee/1tsp Sugar a
5g gelatin powder / 150cc hot water
Once slightly cool (not harden yet)
Pour into cheese cake tin
Chill at least 3hours or overnight before serving
