Follow along as I make Ferrero Rocher cheesecake
This cheesecake is a fantastic combination of hazelnut, Ferrero Rocher’s, and chocolate !
I use my basic cheesecake recipe:
Crust:
Depending on how thick you want the crust:
1-1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
Approx 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter, add slowly until it is combined and grainy but not wet and soggy!
Filling:
3 blocks cream cheese room temp
1 cup of sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Half and half, 1 cup sour cream and/or Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
