Make your moose meat tender and full of flavor with this easy crockpot recipe!
Ingredients:
2–3 lbs moose meat (roast or stew cuts)
1 onion, chopped
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
3 carrots, chopped
3 potatoes, chopped
2 cups beef or vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
2 bay leaves
Instructions:
Sear moose meat in a skillet with olive oil (optional for extra flavor).
Place meat in crockpot and add all vegetables, garlic, and onion.
Pour broth over the top. Add seasonings and bay leaves.
Cook on Low for 8–9 hours or High for 4–5 hours, until the meat is tender.
Remove bay leaves, serve hot, and enjoy!
