INGREDIENTS
1ST STEP “CREPE”
250g all purpose flour
1 cup powder milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp orange zest
500ml water
3 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
2ND STEP “CREAM PATISSERIE”
1/2 cup corn flour
1 cup sugar
5 egg yolk
1/2 litre fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla
3RD STEP “ORANGE SYRUP”
A.) BOIL ALTOGETHER UNTIL BECOME THICK
2 cup sugar
2 cup orange juice
zest of 2 orange
2 tbsp butter
B.) CARAMELIZED FIRST
2 cup sugar caramelized
2 tbsp butter
2 cups orange juice
zest of 2 orange
Preheat the oven and place this at 180° C,heat up and down to brown the top a little,
Place this in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or depending on the oven you are using.
