Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream just went from being the best, to somehow being even better with this recipe. All the flavor and freshness of a great ice cream flavor mixed with being low calorie, low fat and sugar, and high protein. It’s the ultimate ice cream recipe and my personal favorite. I made this in a Ninja Creami Swirl, and it came out FANTASTIC. If you try this, it’s guaranteed to be one of your favorites, too.
