Store-bought peanut butter? Haven’t picked one in months — because this homemade version hits different.
Especially this upgraded chocolate version… it’s just wow 🍫
It’s creamy, rich, slightly indulgent but still healthy — my kind of comfort food 💛
Just a handful of peanuts, cocoa powder, and 10 minutes — that’s all it takes to make this healthy chocolate spread at home.
No preservatives, no refined sugar, no overpriced jars — just real ingredients and pure flavour.
Save this if you’re a peanut butter lover (or a chocolate addict like me 😋)
Here’s how to make it 👇
🌸 Take about 250 grams of peanuts and dry roast them until the skin starts to peel or changes colour.
🌸 Remove the skin — even if a little bit remains, it’s fine.
🌸 Add the peanuts to a blender or food processor.
🌸 I’m using a food processor — it’ll be ready in about 7–8 minutes.
🌸 If you’re using a blender, blend in short intervals of 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
🌸 Once it’s creamy, add some salt, cocoa powder, and a zero-calorie sweetener.
🌸 Blend again, store in an airtight container — and it’s ready!
