Ingredients:
• 2 cups heavy cream

• ¼ cup caramel sauce or melted sugar syrup
• 5 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Warm cream, caramel sauce, and vanilla until smooth.
2. In another bowl, whisk yolks, sugar, and salt.
3. Slowly mix warm caramel cream into yolks. Strain.
4. Pour into ramekins, bake in a water bath at 325°F for 35–40 min.
5. Chill 4 hrs.
6. Sprinkle sugar and torch till it turns amber-crisp.
