An Ultimate combination of Brownie and Cookie – these are crisp outside and dense, soft, fudgy inside.
🥳Ingredients:—
80g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
10g (1 tbsp)cocoa powder
2.5g (3/4 tsp)baking powder
75g (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp) brown sugar
50g(3tbsp) milk
6g (1/2 tbsp)white vinegar
110 g (3/4 cup)dark chocolate
30g (2 tbsp)butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
✅Add vinegar to milk and set aside for 5 mins. This will be your buttermilk.
✅Melt Chocolate and Butter together Mix it.
✅In a bowl add buttermilk, Sugar and Vanilla essence ,melted chocolate and butter mix to above and mix. To it add dry ingredients.
✅Remember to sift flour,baking powder and cocoa before adding. Do not overmix.
✅The mixture will be quite runny.
✅Cover it and keep in the fridge to set for an hour.
✅Now scoop the brookie dough in equal portions and line them on the tray.
Bake at 170 C for around 15 -18
mins.
Cookies Fresh from the oven will be very soft but they will crisp up from the sides when cooled. The center of the cookie will be fudgy and gooey.
