Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
🥄 Ingredients:
½ cup (115g) softened butter
1 cup (190g) demerara sugar (or mix white & brown sugar)
1 large egg
5 oz (150g) chocolate (mix of dark & milk chocolate)
⅓ cup (35g) oatmeal
1 cup + 2 tbsp (145g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
Flaky salt (like Maldon)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar together.
2️⃣ Add egg and mix well.
3️⃣ Stir in flour and baking soda.
4️⃣ Fold in chocolate, oatmeal, and salt—don’t overmix!
5️⃣ Let the dough rest before baking.
6️⃣ Cook over the fire (or in an oven) at 325°F (160°C) until golden brown.
