This brookie recipe is so fudgy and delicious. Very easy to put together. Secret in getting a rich chocolate brownie is the cocoa powder you use. Must use Dutch cocoa powder. Trust me in this. Second is your baking time. Internal temperature at 180F will gives you the moistest and fudgiest brownie. Just bake it longer if you don’t it to be fudgy.
Double fudge brownie recipe:
1 block of butter soft and unsalted
2 3/4 cups white sugar
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup dutch cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butternut flavor
Chocolate chip cookie recipe
1 cup brown butter 226g
1/3 cup white sugar 65g
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar 266g
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon butternut extract
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour 300g
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Bake at 350F for 40 – 45 minutes or internal temp of 180F to 190F
Cool before cutting
