Ingredients:
For the Brownie Cookies:
200g (about 1 1/3 cups) Semi-sweet chocolate (50-65% cocoa solids)
1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
2 large eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
2/3 cup (80g) All-purpose flour
1 tsp (4g) Baking powder
1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
For the Filling:
About 1 cup (300g) of Nutella
For the Chocolate Coating:
About 180g of White Chocolate
About 30g of Semi-sweet chocolate
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. If the weather is too hot, keep them refrigerated and remove from the fridge about 20-30 minutes before serving.
