On our first video back from WINNING The Great American Recipe, we have Engineer Johnny Meche showing us how it’s done with his homemade chocolate chip cookies from scratch! These cookies are melt in your mouth DELECTABLE! Check out the recipe below!
** Ingredients needed:
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Mix together in order. Store in fridge for 1.5 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cookie dough balls to your liking. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins, depending on thickness. **
