Ingredients:
Oil – ⅕ cup
Sugar – ½ cup (or adjust to taste)
Shot of coffee (prepared with coffee powder + water)
Flour – ⅓ cup
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Baking powder – 1½ teaspoons
Cocoa powder – 3-4 tablespoons
Milk – as needed
Vanilla essence – 2 teaspoons
Cookies or biscuits – as per your choice
Steps:
1. Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine oil, sugar, and the coffee shot until well mixed.
2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
3. Combine & Adjust: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Pour in milk as required to create a smooth, thick batter.
4. Add Cookies & Vanilla: Fold in crushed cookies or biscuits and add vanilla essence. Mix well, then pour the batter into a greased cake tin. Sprinkle a few more cookie pieces on top for an extra crunch.
5. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
