Super easy to make, colorful, and full of flavour!
How to make:
✨ Remove the veins from fresh paan leaves – this helps make them clean and smooth to use.
✨ Blend 9–10 chopped paan leaves, ¼ cup gulkand, and 1 tbsp variyali (fennel seeds) to make a fine paste.
✨ In a shaker or big jar, add 3 cups milk, ½ cup condensed milk, and the paan paste. Blend well to make paan-flavoured milk.
Assemble the shots:
👉🏼 In each shot glass, add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds, 1 tsp sevaiyan, and fill with the paan milk.
Leave space for a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with crushed dried rose petals and paan leaf bits.
Serve chilled and enjoy this festive delight! 😋
