– THING TO REMEMBER –
the process works best when the cream cheese is soft
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Pour the filling into the pan w/the crust and bake.
When the cake is done it’ll jiggle a little (40 to 55 minutes of baking).
Remove from the oven and cool for an hour on a wire rack.
Once at room temperature, cover, serve or store how you’d like.
-THE CRUST-
7- 10 graham crackers ( I prefer cinnamon )
1/2 stick of butter( MELTED)
1/4 cup sugar
bake crust for 10 min @350
-THE FILLING –
3 blocks soften cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 TLBS of vanilla extract
1 TLBS flour
