Ube Yema Sheetcake
Ingredients
4 eggs whole large
150grams white sugar
20grams cakemaster (cake emulsifier) by Bakersfield
25 grams cremidor (custard mix)
90gram water
150 grams cake flour by Pilmico flour
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chiffonaide cake oil
1-2 tbsp ube flavored
Procedure
In a bowl
Add all ingredients except oil and flavoring
Mix until ribbon stage or fluppy
Then asdd the remaining ingredients
Mix until well incorporated
Put in 9×9 inches baking pan lined with parchment bake on preheated oven 175c 25-30 mins until done
