#Eggless Creamy White – Choco Cake
Ingredients : ( Cake Batter )
Maida or All Purpose Flour ( 250 gms )
Powdered Sugar ( 200 gms )
Unsalted Butter ( 50 gms )
Boiled milk ( 100 ml )
Baking powder ( 1 tbsp )
Baking Soda ( 1 / 2 tbsp )
Vanilla Essence ( 1 tbsp )
Method : ( Cake Batter )
In a bowl , add butter and mix them well
Add Baking powder and Baking soda
Beat them well
Add Vanilla Essence and Mix them well
Take a Serve, add maida and Powdered Sugar
Mix them well
Grease the butter on the cake tin and dust with flour
Pour the Cake Batter into the tin and tap it
Put a stand in the big vessel or cooker or Kadai preheat for 5 mins
Add Caketin into the preheated stand and bake it for 40 – 45mins
Cake ready and check with long stick or knife
Ingredients for Cream Frosting :
Vanaspathi ( 200 gms )
Powdered Sugar ( 100 gms )
Butter ( 25 or 50 gms )
Vanilla Essence ( 1 tbsp )
Method for Cream Frosting :
Refrigerated the Vanaspathi for 2 hrs and Add into the bowl
Mix them well and gradually add Powdered Sugar
Add Vanilla Essence and Mix them well
Apply cream on the cake top and corners too decorated with gems and melted chocolate
