Healthy hot chocolate. Gluten free, Great for the winter holidays!

Ingredients:
2.5 Cups (650г.) Milk
5 large seedless dates
3 tbsp. Organic dark chocolate with coconut palm sugar sweetened by @SantaBarbaraChocolate
2 tbsp. Rainforest Dark Vegan Cacao Powder from @SantaBarbaraChocolate
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions:
1. Soak 5 dates in 5 oz (150g) hot milk for 5 minutes.
2. Blend the soaked dates with the milk to make a smooth paste.
3. Add the remaining milk, cocoa powder and cinnamon to the saucepan along with the date paste and whisk until combined.
4. Add the dark chocolate and stir until the mixture comes to a boil and cook until slightly thickened.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and serve the healthy hot chocolate immediately.
