Make this 2 ingredient chocolate mousse cake today and surprise your family!
Method:
1. Chop two apples and boil them in water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Take 150g dark chocolate or milk chocolate and melt it using a method of your choice.
3. Blend the boiled apples with melted chocolate till you get a smooth batter like mixture.
4. Pour it into a mould and let it set in the freezer for 2-3 hours or just refrigerate overnight.
5. Top it with some cocoa powder and enjoy!
