Ready in Just 4 Minutes of Prep!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
½ cup oil
½ cup fine sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Added to half of the dough:
Add 1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp milk to one half for a chocolate swirl effect
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix well until smooth.
Add the flour and baking powder gradually, mixing to form a soft dough.
Split the dough in half. Mix cocoa and milk into one half for a marble or swirl cookie.
Shape the dough into small cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
Let them cool slightly… and enjoy how they melt in your mouth!
