These are the steps I took to make this easy strawberry lemon curd dessert cup, which would be the perfect treat for Mother’s day:
1. Stir and loosen some lemon curd in a separate cup and add two teaspoons of lemon curd (Chivers lemon curd) to the bottom of the dessert cup.
2. Add a layer of the new ready to use Galbani tiramisu minute al mascarpone.
3. Add the halved Dutch strawberries.
4. Add a few teaspoons of lemon curd.
5. Add another layer of the mascarpone.
6. Add some cute sprinkles (mine are from Cake Angels) on top.
