🤎Ingredients:
For the cream:
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
• For the coffee soak:
4 tbsp coffee powder
2 tosp sugar
45ml rum (optional)
1 cup water
* For the layers:
Ladyfinger biscuits (used 18)
Cocoa powder (for dusting
🤎Instructions:
-Gently fold together mascarpone and sugar. In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mix until smooth and fluffy.
-In a shallow dish, mix the ingredients for the coffee soak.
-Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee soak (1-2 seconds per side). It’s okay if some break, they’ll blend in once the tiramisu sets.
-Layer soaked biscuits in your dish, then spread half the cream on top. Repeat with another layer of soaked biscuits and finish with the remaining cream.
-Cover the dish with a plastic wrap and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
-Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
