For the Cream Layer:
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Fruit Layer:
• 1/2 cups mixed fresh fruit-or cherry jam ( any kind of jam or fruit )
For the Base:
• 12-15 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)
• 1 cup fruit juice or light sugar syrup (for soaking the ladyfingers)
For Garnish (optional):
• Fresh (blueberries. , lingonberries , etc.)
Procedure:
Step 1: Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth. (Powder sugar optional , Because we already put jam too sweet ) until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Prepare the Fruits
1. Wash and chop the fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
2. If desired, lightly sweeten the fruits with a tablespoon of sugar or honey.( OPTIONAL)
Step 3: Assemble the Tiramisu
1. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the fruit juice or syrup, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
2. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish or individual dessert cups.
3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
4. Add a layer of mixed fruits or any kind of fruit jam on top of the cream.
5. Repeat the layers (ladyfingers, cream, and fruits) until your dish is full, finishing with a cream layer on top.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight) to allow obserb the
juice or syrup, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
Step 5: Enjoy!
Slice and serve chilled. This fruity tiramisu is perfect as a refreshing dessert for any occasion!
