🍰 FULL RECIPE:
🟡 Yellow Custard Cream:
• 3 egg yolks
• 85g sugar
• 16g vanilla sugar (2 packets)
• 50g cornstarch
• 75ml milk
• 500ml milk (heated)
Instructions:
Mix yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and 75ml milk. Boil 500ml milk, remove from heat, and slowly stir in the egg mixture. Return to heat, stir until thickened.
🤍 Mascarpone Cream Layer:
• 250g mascarpone
• 8g stabilizer (1 packet)
• 40g sugar
• 8g vanilla sugar (1 packet)
• 250ml heavy cream
Instructions:
Mix mascarpone, stabilizer, sugars. Slowly add cream and beat until stiff.
🍪 Filling Layers:
• Tea biscuits
• 150ml milk (for dipping)
Instructions:
Dip biscuits in milk. Layer biscuits and custard alternately in a springform pan.
🍫 Topping Ganache:
• 125g white chocolate
• 60ml heavy cream
For decoration:
• 15g dark chocolate
• 15ml whipping cream
Instructions:
Melt white chocolate with cream, pour on top. Melt dark chocolate with cream, pipe lines, then drag a toothpick through to create a feathered look.
Refrigerate overnight, slice into love-filled squares, and serve chilled. 💛
