Ingredients:
– Walnuts – 60 g (ground)
– Eggs – 2 pcs (whisked)
– Bananas – 3 pcs (mashed with a fork)
– Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
– Coconut flakes – 50 g
– Erythritol – 30 g
– Baking powder – 1 tsp
– Oat flour – 1 tbsp
– Starch – 1 tbsp

Cooking Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
2. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
3. Add cocoa powder, coconut flakes, erythritol, baking powder, oat flour, and starch, and mix everything thoroughly.
4. Stir in the ground walnuts.
5. Transfer the batter to a baking pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes (check doneness with a toothpick).
7. Once the cake has cooled, slice it and enjoy!
