Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
A little vegetable oil (for the batter and frying)
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add milk, water, salt, and sugar.
Use a blender to mix everything until smooth and lump-free.
Gradually add the flour while blending to avoid lumps.
Pour in a little vegetable oil and blend again briefly.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes — this helps make the crepes more elastic.
Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a small amount of batter and swirl it to spread thinly over the pan.
Cook for about 1 minute until the edges lift and the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
Serve warm with sour cream, jam, honey, or your favorite toppings.
