2 eggs
120 grams of sugar
Pinch of salt
100 ml of oil
140 grams of flour
5 grams of baking powder
Orange zest
5 grams of soda powder
Half a cup of orange juice or milk
For ice cream:
475 ml sweet cream
200 grams of condensed milk
250 grams of ground and filtered strawberries
1 tablespoon of alcohol
2 drops of red food colouring (if necessary)
1/2 teaspoon of high-quality vanilla paste/extract

100 grams of melted white chocolate.
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a mold.
Prepare the base: beat eggs with a pinch of salt and gradually add the sugar until a stable foam is obtained. Add the oil in a slow stream while whisking.
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, alternately with the orange juice.
Pour into a pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry with moist crumbs. Cool well.
Grind the strawberries in a food processor and filter well to avoid seeds.
Place cold heavy cream, condensed milk, salt, and vanilla in your mixer bowl and beat quickly.
Lightly mix the strawberries in the whipped cream, and transfer everything to an ice cream machine for 10 minutes.
Once the ice cream is still soft, add chopped strawberries, meringue, and a gentle stream of about 50 grams of melted white chocolate.
Final assembly:
With a cake cutter, cut the desired shape (circle or squares as in the picture)
Fill with ice cream.
Sprinkle melted white chocolate over the cake and strawberry halves.
