San sebastian cheesecake
Ingredients:
Creamcheese 750 g
Egg 4
White sugar 160 g
Heavy cream 400 g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cornstarch 25 g
Cake flour 25 g
Lemon juice 20 g
Instructions:
Place the cream cheese in a bowl and add sugar. Mix well.
Add 4 eggs and mix thoroughly. Set the mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, pour the heavy cream, sift in the cornstarch and cake flour, and mix. Add this mixture to the main batter.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Grease the bottom and sides of the baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
Strain the cheesecake batter through a sieve to ensure smoothness, then pour it into the prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for 45 minutes. After baking, leave it in the closed oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 24 hours.
Now your San Sebastian cheesecake is ready to serve. Enjoy!
