Get ready to satisfy your sweet tooth with this decadent Vanilla Burnt Basque Cheesecake! This creamy, rich and velvety dessert is a game changer.
Ingredients:
150 gm cream cheese
50 gm sugar
75 gm heavy cream
5 gm flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Method:
In a mixer add all the ingredients and make a smooth silky batter. Line a tin with parchment paper and pour the batter and bake this in a preheated oven at 200 deg for 20 minutes.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Pipe out small spiralor dollops using a piping bag.
Sprinkle black sesame or kalonji seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes until golden.
Let cool and enjoy warm or store airtight!
