*EDIBLE OATMEAL COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
– 1/2 cup butter (softened)
– 3/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tbsp whole milk
– 1 tsp vanilla (I did what I wanted here)
– 1 cup flour (heat by itself to 165 degrees to make safe)
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 cup rolled quick oats
– 1/4 cup rolled oats
– cinnamon to your hearts content
Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry. Roll into balls and then freeze. Ready to eat or add to your ice cream.
*ICE CREAM RECIPE
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 14 Oz organic sweetened condensed milk
– vanilla extract (to your heart’s content)
– Pinch salt
– Cinnamon (to give it a snickerdoodle flavor🤭)
Churn for 25 minutes. Once ice cream thickens, add your cookie dough chunks. Serve or freeze for firming consistency. Enjoy 🥰✌🏾
