I had a few ingredients on hand to make a simple Falooda, so shot a quick video of it’s assembly before summer & iftar special
Ingredients
boiled vermicelli
soaked basil seeds ( sabza)
rose syrup
chilled milk
vanilla ice cream
chopped nuts

some jelly cubes would have been good too !
