Puff pastry,
1 meduim purple onion,(sliced)
1 medium white onion,
(sliced)
2 cups of goat cheese,
2 tbsp of cream cheese,
1/2 cup of honey
6 strips of Applewood bacon diced and cooked.

2 tbsp of cream cheese,
1/2 cup of honey
6 strips of Applewood bacon diced and cooked.
Prepare:
Add square pieces of puff pastry to mini cup cake compartment. Enough to fill and hang out of the compartment.
Add 1~1/2 tbsp of the goat cheese mixture to each compartment,
Top with the honey caramelized onion & bacon filling,
Bake for 10 to 11 min, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!😋
