レンジで作れるショートケーキ用スポンジの作り方を解説しています。
家庭用オーブンでしっとり柔らかなスポンジケーキは焼けないと半ば諦めていたところ試しに作って衝撃的だったレンジで作るスポンジケーキ！
型から溢れんばかりに膨らんで、オーブンで作るスポンジの1.5倍のボリュームになります。
だけどちゃんときめ細かくてしっとりふわんふわん。
蒸しパンにはならず、クリームと一緒に溶けていく”なんちゃって”じゃないちゃんとしたスポンジケーキ。
作り方も正統派のジェノワーズと同様です。
レンジレシピ向けに薄力粉は少し少なめ。
卵のにおいが気になりやすいのでバニラオイルやエッセンスをちょい足しします。

レンジは食材の内側から加熱するので中心からふくらんでいきます。
だから今までと同様の作り方でもオーブンで焼くよりレンジのほうが膨らむし、その分柔らかく出来上がります。
あんまり上手に焼けた事がない、という人でも絶対今までで一番美味しく焼けるのでぜひ試してみてください！
作り方はオーソドックスなスポンジと同様ですが、細かめに解説してるので抜けていたポイントを抑えていくとグッと上達するはずです！
　
また、仕上げは回転台を使わず初心者の方でも簡単にキレイな出来上がりになるような方法にしています。

【レシピ】15cm丸型1台分

・スポンジ
卵　　　2個（Mサイズ）
砂糖　　60g
薄力粉　50g
バター　10g
バニラオイル、バニラエッセンス　一振り

バターの代わりに牛乳5g、油5gを混ぜたものでも代用可

・生クリーム
生クリーム　400cc
砂糖　　　　32g

・シロップ（無くて大丈夫です。お好みで！）
砂糖　20g
水　　20g

①バターはレンジで溶かし、バニラオイルまたはバニラエッセンスを入れておく。
薄力粉は計量しておく。
②卵をボウルに割り、砂糖を全量加える。
ハンドミキサーで4分間泡立てる。
生地を垂らすとくっきりとした跡がしばらく残るくらいで低速にし、ゆっくりと動かして気泡のキメを整える。
③ふるった薄力粉を加え、ゴムベラで散らすように大きく混ぜ合わせる。
④薄力粉が混ざりきらない状態で、バターの器に一部の生地を入れしっかりと混ぜる。
ボウルに優しく加え、大きく混ぜて生地を均一にする。
⑤底にシートを敷いたシリコン型や、ラップを敷いたタッパーなどの器に生地を流す。
蓋はせず、500wのレンジで3分半加熱する。
⑥焼けたら表面にキッチンペーパーをかぶせ、冷めるまで置いておく。
⑦完全に冷めたら型から外し、スライスして、生クリームやフルーツで仕上げる。
スポンジが硬い場合は、砂糖と水を1対1で混ぜ、レンジで溶かしたシロップを軽く塗る。

※かなり膨らむので必ず深めの容器で、下にお皿を敷いてレンジに入れるのがおすすめです。

スポンジは上面の縁は生のままのことがありますが、全部焼こうとすると硬くなってしまいます。
キッチンペーパーをかぶせることで、乾燥を防ぎ生の生地をペーパーに吸わせることができます。

レンジ庫内から取り出すときにスポンジが型から外れてしまうとしぼんでしまいます。
取り出す時は優しく。
または冷めるまでレンジの扉を開けてそのままにしといても大丈夫です。

It swells from the mold and becomes 1.5 times the volume of the sponge made in the oven.
But it’s fine and moist and fluffy.
It doesn’t become a steamed bread, but a proper sponge cake that melts with cream.
The way of making it is also the same as the orthodox Genoise.
A little less flour for microwave recipes.
The smell of eggs is easy to worry about, so add a little vanilla oil and essence.
The microwave is heated from the inside of the ingredients, so it swell from the center.
So even if you make it in the same way as before, the microwave will swell up more than baking in the oven, and it will be softer.
Even if you’ve never baked it very well, it’s definitely the most delicious baked ever, so please try it!
The way of making it is the same as an orthodox sponge, but it is explained in detail, so if you suppress the missing points, you should improve a lot!
In addition, the finish is made so that even beginners can easily make a beautiful finish without using a turntable.

[Recipe] 1 15cm round car

・Sponge
2 eggs (M size)
60g of sugar
Thin flour 50g
10g of butter
Vanilla oil, vanilla essence, one shake

You can also substitute 5g of milk and 5g of oil instead of butter.

・Fresh cream
Fresh cream 400cc
32g of sugar

・Syrup (It’s okay without it. As you like!)
20g of sugar
20g of water

1 Melt the butter in the microwave and add vanilla oil or vanilla extract.
Weigh the flour.

2 Break the eggs into a bowl and add the whole amount of sugar.
Whisk with a hand mixer for 4 minutes.
When you drip the fabric, it slows down so that a clear mark will remain for a while, and move it slowly to adjust the texture of the bubbles.

3 Add the sifted thin flour and mix it well so that it is scattered with a rubber spatula.

4 With thin flour not mixed, put some dough in a butter bowl and mix well.
Gently add to the bowl and mix large to make the dough even.

5 Flow the dough into a container such as a silicone mold with a sheet on the bottom or a tupperware with plastic wrap.
Without a lid, heat it in a 500w range for 3 and a half minutes.

6 When it’s baked, put kitchen paper on the surface and leave it until it cools down.

7 When it cools down completely, remove it from the mold, slice it, and finish it with fresh cream or fruit.
If the sponge is hard, mix sugar and water one-on-one, and lightly apply the dissolved syrup in the microwave.

※The edge of the top surface of the sponge may remain raw, but if you try to bake it all, it will become hard.
By covering it with kitchen paper, you can prevent drying and make the raw dough suck on the paper.

When you take it out of the microwave oven, the sponge will come off the mold and it will singe.
Be gentle when you take it out.
Or you can open the door of the microwave and leave it as it is until it cools down.
