☕食材☕(直径9㎝、深さ5cmのティーカップ4つ分)
紅茶のクッキー
・紅茶 4g（ティーバッグ約2つ分）
・無塩バター 60g
・砂糖 90g
・全卵 50g
・薄力粉 210g
オーブン170℃、15～20分焼き色を見ながら焼く
アイシングクリーム（かなり多めの分量です、余ったら冷凍保存もできます）
・粉糖 150g
・卵白 25g
・レモン汁 適量
・食用色素（青、黄、紫） 適量
粉糖：卵白＝6：1
ブルーベリーのレアチーズケーキ
・冷凍ブルーベリー 80g
・砂糖 20g
・クリームチーズ 150g
・砂糖 40g
・ヨーグルト 50g
・生クリーム 100g
・粉ゼラチン 4g
・水 30g
お好みでレモン汁を小さじ１加えるとより美味しくなります
🧀ポイント🧀
※クッキー生地は、焼く前にしっかり冷やし固めておく。
※クッキーにアルミホイルの破片が混入しないように注意して作業する。
※アイシングクリームは、固めに作る。
※アイシングクリームを乾燥させる際は、予熱なしのオーブン80℃で5分焼き、そのまま
オーブン内で2時間乾燥させる。
※アイシングクリーム乾燥しやすいので、ラップや蓋つき容器で保存しながら使用する
☕Ingredients☕ (makes 4 teacups, 9cm in diameter and 5cm deep)
Tea cookies
・4g black tea (about 2 teabags)
・60g unsalted butter
・90g sugar
・50g whole egg
・210g plain flour
Bake in a 170℃ oven for 15-20 minutes, keeping an eye on the color
Icing cream (a fairly large amount, you can freeze any leftovers)
・150g powdered sugar
・25g egg white
・Lemon juice, as needed
・Food coloring (blue, yellow, purple), as needed
Powdered sugar: egg white = 6:1
Blueberry Rare Cheesecake
– 80g frozen blueberries
– 20g sugar
– 150g cream cheese
– 40g sugar
– 50g yogurt
– 100g fresh cream
– 4g powdered gelatin
– 30g water
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to taste.
🧀Tip🧀
*Make sure to thoroughly cool and harden the cookie dough before baking.
*Be careful not to let pieces of aluminum foil get mixed in with the cookies.
*To dry the icing cream, bake in an unheated oven at 80℃ for 5 minutes, then leave to dry in the oven for 2 hours.
*Icing cream dries out easily, so store it in plastic wrap or a container with a lid before using.
