🌸 RECIPE
Ingredients:
– 3 egg whites
– 30g sugar
– 3 egg yolks
– 45mL water
– 20mL oil
– 60g rice flour
– 2 teaspoons green tea powder
– Strawberries
– 200mL fresh cream whipped
Recipe: 18cm circular cake tin used.
1. Separate egg white and yolk.
2. Whisk egg whites until firm meringue forms. Add sugar half-way through.
3. Combine egg yolks, oil, water, rice flour and green tea powder. Mix well.
4. Add meringue and combine gently.
5. Pour batter into circular cake tin.
6. Bake at 170℃ for 25-30minutes.
7. Let it cool.
8. Cut sponge cake in half horizontally.
9. Spread whipped cream evenly and decorate strawberries.
10. Place the top sponge cake on top. Decorate with rest of whipped cream and strawberries.
11. Ready to be served.
🌸 材料: 18cm 丸型を使いました。
– 卵白 3個分
– 砂糖 30g
– 卵黄 3個分
– 水 45mL
– 油 20mL
– 米粉 60g
– 抹茶パウダー 小さじ2
– いちこ
– 生クリーム~200mL
レシピ:
1. 卵白と卵黄に分ける。
2. 卵白をしっかりとしたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる。途中、砂糖を加える。
3. 卵黄、油、水、抹茶パウダー、米粉を混ぜ合わせる。
4. メレンゲを加え、さっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
5. 生地をケーキ型に流し込む。
6. 170℃ に予熱したオーブンで 25-30分 焼く。
7. 焼けたら粗熱を取り、型から外す。
8. スポンジ生地を半分に切る。
9.泡立てた生クリームを塗り、いちごを飾りつけたら上のスポンジをのせる。
10.残りの生クリーム、いちごを飾りつけたら出来上がり。
