Ingredients:

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped white chocolate
1 packet of biscoffs cookies
1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
In a mixing bowl add cream and microwave for 30 seconds then add white chocolate mix and when it becomes creamy, set it aside. Use the food processor to make the biscoff cookie crumbs.
In a serving cup first add half of the Biscoff crumbs, pour white chocolate mousse and then add the rest of the Biscoff crumbs.
